The finance space are filled with different types of trading, investments, assets and patterns. But a lot of people just consider all to be almost the same. There has been excitement in the cryptocurrency space with the news of the Bitcoin ETF but not everyone really understand it, therefore I like to write about it today.
The first is to understand the meaning of ETF which is Exchange Traded Funds. It is an asset that make it easy to buy and sell on the stock exchange. It is like the Pepsi, Tesla or Apple stocks. It allows investors to buy the price movement and not the main assets. It either you buy the main assets or buying the derivative, which is more like speculation. I prefer to buy the main asset than speculating on the price movement.
However ETF makes it easy to buy BTC through the regular brokerage apps other than buying through the technicalities of crypto exchanges.
So the basic benefit is it allows the Big guys in the wall street who think Bitcoin is just a scam to believe and start investing in it because of the regulation issues and this will cause mass adoption.
Bitcoin ETF will drive Bitcoin far higher in value.
