A daily #threadcast for fitness and physical health, where the goal is to motivate and inspire each other to get/stay active in our daily routines.

In this threadcast you can discuss and share anything relating physical health. Tell us about your training program, your goals and your progress. Learn from what others are doing, and share your own knowledge. Use the blockchain to hold yourself accountable and get rewarded for your efforts!

Ah what a nice idea for a threadcast! Ran 2 days ago and was a 6km run.
Plan to do a 20k tomorrow :)

20k! You inspire me sir. I did a 5 km run yesterday, which would have been unthinkable a year ago. Tomorrow is weight training for me

Yes! And for all the people that think Actifit is awesome, but doesn't have the willpower/time to do a full actifit report (like me). It's nice to just be able to drop a thread and say "I did activity X today" and that that's enough

I ran 5 kilometers (3.1 miles) in 38 minutes yesterday. When I started running regularly about a year ago, I could not even complete 5 km.

Today is a restitution day.

That's correct in my experience.. My only problem is that I consistently go to bed way too late, so I don't get enough of that deep, restful sleep
