This is my workflow for summarizing podcast episodes:
- Download episode from X
- Transcribe the episode using Whisper (very resource intensive - 2 hours takes about 20 minutes on my RTX4090, a very powerful graphics card)
- Run Hive ASR Dictionary on it to improve data quality and errors (This is a self-made open source program full of Hive terms that I've developed over the past 6 months)
- Feed the transcript to Claude-3 using an elaborate summary-prompt
- Run the summary through leolinker.site to hook get relevant terms linked to @leoglossary.
- Manually post the summary using the regular template.
Since the launch of the project in February about 70 episodes has been summarized like this + an additional 4,800 (!!!) summaries that has been posted as comments on #3speak videos.
keep up the excellent work.

You should really consider letting payout for these be active - set rewards to the Fund, and then self-vote them. The work required for each of these is not trivial, clearly, and it seems a huge shame to not at least benefit from curation rewards.
I appreciate your concern, thanks a lot for this comment.
While I may agree with you, there are some pretty big stakeholders on Hive that do not, and that sees any kind of AI created content as a theft from the reward pool. The reality is of course more nuanced, but that wouldn't stop them from destroying both the summaries account and potentially also mine, something I'd prefer to avoid.
So I'll probably keep it as it is, at least for the time being. Regardless of opinion and payouts though, I see this as a valuable and important contribution to the ecosystem, and that's a reward in its own right. Hopefully more people will see my effort and dedication over time, and I will get rewarded in other ways down the line.
That certainly makes sense. Your work is definitely appreciated at least! Thank you for doing all of this.
