My larger objective is civil services, also preparing for that, but without financial backup I can't sit for 2/3 years idle I am looking for full-time job yet something where I can align my preparation

See IAS will be my dream job, but I will not be hardwired to such dreams even though I will try my best, so I will go for state level PSC at first, which will also fulfill my aspiration.
That is smart. Having a permanent job will answer so many questions. You can decide after what else you want to do.
Exactly, India is currently enjoying demographic dividend, the youth population is more, the competition is tough, so the first step should be to get into a permanent payroll, then I wil still have time to upgrade my career. I m just 23 now
