Set the benchmark as 2019 or 2020, then see who joined after that year, you will have much better clarity on reputation. But still, I belive the reputation algorithm needs a better fine-tunning.

We need a new reputation system. Not sure what that would look like but there is potential. Right now, it is pretty meaningless.
Reputation is what those you engage with think of you. That is really what it comes down to.
