yes that is, I don't understand, why did they return my LEO coins, and why can't I get CUB, is it because my LEO coins are lacking so I can't participate in this CUB event? to be honest I don't have many LEO coins yet, because I'm new here

The snapshot for the CUB claimdrop was taken March 3rd, see the details here. Did you have LEO staked at that time?
