Memecoins
I think memecoins are for having fun, not for investing (really more like gambling in the case of memecoins!) I just want to be in some of the memecoin communities to support others in the human need for belonging that we all have.
So if it's for fun, then in my opinion, you buy just a few dollars worth of a memecoin you like and you don't care about any losses you might take. It's like buying fast food - you pay for the fun. The money is gone but you remember the experience.
SIGMA
So Sigma HERE on hive-engine is a memecoin that you can't lose more than half your money on! And there is no cap on upside potential, although the probability of any appreciation in price is probably very low.

Why?
The price to buy it is 2e-8 and the price you can sell it for is 1e-8. There is no price lower than 1e-8 on hive-engine. Buy it at 2, get bored and sell it for 1, or hodl and hope people become interested in our Sigma and sell it for whatever price it reaches.
I can't say what the order book will look like in the future but that is what it looks like now, and the orders are mine. I won't be changing what I have there, other than maybe to increase the amounts. The orders time out in 30 days and I can't guarantee I'll remember to replace them. But that's the situation with as much reality and transparency as I can offer!
PEPE
I think one of our biggest memecoins here is #PEPE. It has a strong creator who posts all the time. It has a whale who buys and rarely sells - that is me. It has a trading card game like a simple Splinterlands, also made by me. You should try it if you're not there already. :)
