To jump ship or go down fighting??, is a question that has constantly plagued me since the start of this Luna crash crisis. I have been straight-up depressed not knowing what to do, all my investment reduced to something more horrifying than death.
I have been avoiding the internet for the fear of further heartbreak but finally, I can't run forever.
Is Terra dead? this question caught me off guard. But with my heart playing the drums of fear, I still clicked on the post. I just needed to know my fate.Just a few moments ago, I came across a post by @belemo who talked about the situation.
A few read down the post and I found a little shred of hope in this statement
Interestingly, the proposal also seeks to completely remove the Terra labs wallet. This move effectively makes it a community-run project.
The proposal is expected to go live in a couple of days and If passed, the new chain will be deployed on the 27th of May. Naturally, I expect this to be the next course of action, even though I have my doubts about the efficacy.
It's still no assurance but right now I will take what I can get.
So, guys, I pose the question to you...is terra dead? or is there still hope?. If there is hope then what do you think the value of Terra will be now that it's going to be a community-run project?

What trust does community have on terra?
We should look for UST compensation for those who held UST ...
I am sorry that your sunk, with terra investments... maybe, just maybe terra 2 may come alive, but your Luna won't be valued that much...
We need time,,,and compensation before this hard fork stuff, I have something for you...

I can tell you, your not alone, I held a lot UST...and it hurted but now I am back doing what I can writing and studying crypto...but... I am nervous when I think of investing in crypto, so I am trying to do better research for better understanding of crypto projects I am looking at investing on!!
Right, first see if that helpline is useful to you...don't have so much hopes on terra, all though I feel UST compensation is a must...anyway
UST seems more stable from what I've been seeing. I checked out your link it was quite helpful...I found a comment where some stated it's not a loss if you don't sell. It seems very logical but I'll apply caution.
Then again, won't the community want to build Terra so that we can regain what we lost... After all, hive is doing great on its own.
Hive was different... there was an invation of Justin Sun and community and the witnesses were against Justin Sun in Steem...
There was lot of thing JS did and offended both witneses and community... so witnesses got support from community for Hive when it happened and it seems to be doing well on its own.
Terra was different, it was mainly about UST peg, once that fails...well its failed.
How many people lost out having stuck to UST? Loads...not just you or big, big investors as well...and DEFI protocols etc... so you see we lose trust.
I was in anchor hoping that the interest pays over long term, and look at this!! ...
I am looking for getting back all my UST pegged funds...Luna I dont know...
Anyway...here some entertainment, enlightenment!!
You just can't hope all gets well, when we lost trust - and DO kwog... how can we trust that ass ? pompous ass...he is still there at the revival plan.
I will be happy to get my UST money back, and Luna whatever it fetches, I am not ever wanting to follow terra... but if this revival plans gets some tokens and value, I would divert it somewhere, Hive or Dot...or use it for my expenses, than explore terra.
I loved their apps through, the tera station wallet, the analytics in anchor... and all bLuna mechanisms...
but nevermind...since the project is screwed...shrugs.
