I think either one of those will be OK on a long-term horizon. Short term I would go with $ETH personally.

neither are exciting but I think it is the right thing to do considering it was a gift and the intent was to not waste in. Meaning no meme coins lol. I am leaning towards eth and I have to do it today because it is nice and bloody today
