CHINA IS AGING. It is the next huge sociological revolution that is shaking the country. Despite the abandonment of the one- and two-child policy, many young Chinese women no longer want to have children. China's rapid graying will soon have huge economic consequences for the world. Over the next decade, 300 million people will retire from the workforce for reasons of age. That is almost equivalent to the population of the United States. Who will then be at the "workbench of the world"?
