For the past weeks i am literally alone in the dark as it seems that am not in the dark but the darkness itself.
The Genesis
I graduated from the University of Uyo, AKwaibom state, Nigeria last year and then headed for service. For those Outside of Nigeria, let me explain. It has become a norm in my country Nigeria that all graduates irrespective of your course of study provided your age bracket is within the service year, you are entitled to go for a service. This is more or like what you do to help your country in any little way you can. Most times, you are been posted to different locations and areas within the country that you haven't been before, irrespective of how bad or good the area is, you are mean't to serve your father land for a period of 12months in there. It is actually fun but there is more to it which i wouldn't want to go in now.
Earlier before now i have wanted to build my abode on hive blockchain and my plan has been slotted to take place once i starts serving my country. Building my abode in the sense that from the little money am being paid every month in my service year, i would be investing it here on hive either on accumulation of most of the community tokens like #leo #cent #bee #pob and many more as from the little knowledge i have from the blockchain, it is quite possible. Another thing i opted out for in my mind is either to turn my attention to providing liquidity or staking more hive token.
As the days go by and i started my service year, i received my first salary and i changed my thought to acquiring a skill and that on tech, i opted in for animations as i have been a big fan of cartoon and its similar right from time, i bought the course of about $25. There is an app according to the owner of the course which is blender that is used in the animation course which i need to install to make the course easier to be learnt.
Remember my first goal is to start investing on hive and that didn't change because i want from the subsequent salaries to come, i will start investing on hive blockchain. In the process of installing the app, the worst happened.
I Cried Uncontrollably
I am using macbook. But the macbook am using is an old one indeed. Am using macbook pro early 2011 with a version of 10.10. It is old that most important apps can't work in there even updates on chrome can't be functional in there. As a matter of fact most google extensions can't be added to the chrome installed on it because according to the system, it can't be installed in there.
Unfortunately, the system came as a blessing as i paid little money to get it and am not used to apple products before now. i normally do use normal android so most of the apps and apple navigations i don't know. I gave the laptop to a laptop technician and software installer and developer after making inquiries of who can get me the app i need for the animation course and i was told he can do it.
Giving him the system, i don't know who he did it that he formatted the laptop without backing up my files, all the files lost meanwhile as am using a small android phone my phone started lagging and before giving him the laptop i transferred all my important files to the laptop. So i didn't only loose my files on the laptop but that on my phone too. The day i found out, i was shattered and devastated that even till now i haven't gotten myself.
As a matter of fact, regardless of the fact that i have gotten the laptop back, the course bought before now and the app i needed installed, i still don't have the thinking and right feelings and emotions to start the course. To add more fuel to it, since i got the laptop i have been trying to access #inleo community which is where i gain more on hive from my little effort, i have been shut out, i can't access it. It was yesterday that i got the breakthrough of accessing peakD. For the past 12, no activity have i done on the blockchain till now.
