Well they do know Firefox.
Only a few, especially people using pc. Most mobile user are not that accustomed to Firefox
I never understood these complaints, going back 2 D early days of the WWW., Yes, the vendors will put their own offerings on their products (or those which have the license). But once we download browsers we want 2use, we forget the others.

Google is the main player when it comes to leveraging everything they've got on their hands. Theyvemanaged to be the main search engine with their ability to be set as default for most browsers.
Don't forget Microsoft with not only Edge (and Internet Explorer before that) but also Windows and MS-DOS operating systems on PC-compatible computers. This was even more egregious than what happens with web browsers.
