Welcome back everyone to another giveaway. Sorry about cutting my last SBI giveaway short but I want to go back to the right schedule. There were some very interesting responses and I'm sorry that I didn't have time to reply it was a chaotic week.
This week the theme is sports, so all you have to do is tell me your favorite sport either to watch or practice. I was looking for a sport to help me exercise more often and decided to try playing padel again. Having a routine and an enjoyable sport makes exercising way easier and now I find myself wanting to get in better shape and exercise more often to improve my skills.
3 +2 SBI Shares winners:
The last giveaway post seems like it will pay out a little over 3 Hive so I will be giving away 3 shares at random + 2 to my favorite comment.
2x @the-bitcoin-dood for the best comment, I love to see people going the extra mile on the comments and sharing an interesting story that was the perfect fit for my last giveaway. I can also really relate to his crypto beginnings has I also started with doge and BTC faucets and only after that did I decide to start investing some of my own money.
What are Hive SBI Shares:
I'm going to explain this in the simplest manner possible: For every share of Hive SBI I buy I get a chance to sponsor someone with an equal share. For example, I buy a share and send your username on the Memo. I get 1 share and you also get 1 share.
These shares grant you an upvote on your Hive posts FOREVER, the more shares you have the more and bigger upvotes you get. There is no point in participating if you don't make any posts on your account.
If you're interested in the project you can check out the FAQ HERE
The rules:
Upvote / Follow or Re-post is NOT mandatory but it is greatly appreciated.
- Comment with your favorite sport to watch or practice
- Have at least one post on Hive in the last 2 months
- Only one comment per person
100% of the author post rewards will be used to buy SBI shares for the lucky winners! The winners will be picked by a randomizer and will be announced on next week's giveaway post every Friday.

MMA is my favorite sport. I don't watch it nearly as much as I use to but its still at to the top of my things to watch list.
I found my new favorite sport this week that is more athletic than most Olympic sports and that is World Chase Tag… Teams of people chasing each other par core style through these obstacles. They pick who is it by playing paper rock scissors, lol. I was hanging at a casino late night and we ended up forming a crowd in the sports book area all watching this, lol. It’s pretty epic to watch for sure.
I recently found out about that sport too! I've only seen it one on one, it is impressive how agile and precise they are while going full speed!
Thank you for participating!
Yeah it’s insane watching them Superman across that stuff, lol. I hope to watch it grow.
August 2021... don't like sports in general x_x @amaillo

My favorite sport is football. And not the American one 😜 but the one the rest of the world knows. Football... where you use your feet to kick the ball no? 🤣
My favorite sport is definitely American football. I've been a gigantic steelers fan my whole life. My brother is a cardinals fan and a few years back we whwrw able to see them play here in Arizona with great seats. Great memories!

My favorite sport is basketball and I'm not bad at it.😎
I like basketball and I love to watch NFL
Thanks! I love sorry for competitive sports. Played a game of soccer with the players on stilts once. That was the best! Name for the SBI is the same. squishna
I can't imagine how chaotic that game must have been 🤣
I want to try soccer with an air bubble around the players like the image but I'm pretty sure someone will end up with an injury.
Thank you for participating!
That's the whole point of the bubbles: NO injuries. lol

I love swimming! When I was young I spent about 10 years swimming, going to competitions and all :D
Best way to exercise your entire body. I've tried swimming a couple of times but I get tired after 10 minutes and have to stop 😅
Thank you for participating!
I started investing in 2016 :)
My favorite sport is soccer. I watch it on TV all the time . My favorite team is Deportivo Saprissa from Costa Rica. However, I can't play soccer, really. I'm so bad kicking a ball. I think I had two left feet. I'm more of a gym guy, pumping iron and doing cardio. Unfortunately, during this pandemic it had been impossible to me to get back in the gym, specially after such a long period of inactivity. I like to jog, too. I'm a street runner type. But nowadays, I'm trying to walk to get in shape and try to run again. Thank you so much for these chances to win HSBI! I love them so much!
My favorite to watch is also soccer but I'm not that good at playing it 🤣
I started jogging last year but I couldn't handle the cold of running during the winter and decided to stop for a while.
Good luck on your journey back to running and pumping iron! Thank you for participating once again!
My favourite sport is mountainbiking, especially downhill.
I started investing in crypto one year ago.
Quite a unique sport to practice! I love watching downhill videos and I used to do some jumps and trails but I never dared to try a serious downhill track.
Thank you for participating!
I started investing in crypto back in 2018 when I first started using steemit and Hive eventually. I do not have a specific sport that I do but I love dancing to keep me active. My boys play basketball and I am proud and happy to watch them play.
Dancing can be competitive and requires a lot of physical effort so it counts as a sport in my book. Always great to see people that have stuck around since 2018.
Thank you for participating 😁
My favorite sport is basketball, it's the only sport where I wasn't too bad and i follow the NBA.
I started investing in cryptos in 2014.
Favorite sport is ice hockey! To watch that is, I can’t skate so save my life!
!PIZZA !LOL
Ahahah you're not alone I tried it once and I'm terrible at it.
Thank you for participating!
Haha hard but kind of fun! Thanks for hosting these events!

Hockey is the sport I watch and blog here on hive about. As for doing that would be swimming. Have a great day
Never watched a game of hockey in my life but it is one of the things I would love to do when I eventually visit Canada. It is on my bucket list
Thank you for participating! Have a great day
Nowadays I rarely watch sports. I used to watch a lot of FC Porto's matches but now that most teams play with mostly foreigners I don't find it very appealing anymore. I prefer to watch Women's Tennis. Eheh! My favourite players are Garbiñe Muguruza, Iga Swiatek, Petra Kvitova, Naomi Osaka and Simona Halep. 😘
Portuguese football is in the gutter. I've been watching fewer and fewer matches each year maybe I should replace it for women's tennis 🤣
Thank you for participating
My favorite sport to watch is probably basketball.

Investing? I guess after 2017 but I got my first Steem earlier for my content. 😉
Soccer @jdike
My favorite sport to play is definitely golf. The fact that you can just get away from everything (your phone, your work, your family) and just enjoy the outdoors and the peace and quiet of perfectly manicured fairways and greens....priceless.
Of course there is an argument to made that golf is, "A good walk, spoiled", but not for me. I love it. Probably the biggest reason is that there is NO LUCK INVOLVED. It's all you.
There are good breaks and bad breaks BUT, those only happen when you didn't hit the shot you were trying to hit in the first place. I mean, if the ball hits a branch and settles directly behind a tree, that's a bad break. But I was trying to hit it under the branch. If I would have executed the shot I was trying to hit there would have been no opportunity for luck to come into play.
This is opposed to...say, Splinterlands, for example. I can't tell you how many times I've wanted to throw my monitor through the window when my 5 speed flyer gets pummeled 3 times in a row by his 1 speed archer. It's BS. Not that it bothers me or anything...
Anyway, golf is definitely my sport. Cheers!
PS. BTW, I love watching it as well. Especially the majors. Sunday at the Masters is pretty much a holiday for me and I love getting up at like 3:00 in the morning and watching the Open Championship (British Open) as well. The US Open always happens on Father's Day so that's a no-brainer for me as well.

Thanks for the HBI! That is a tricky question for me, because I love sports. Favourite group sport to watch, probably basketball; favourite individual sport to watch/practice... probably martial arts, can't name only one! ;) Cheers! !BEER
Glad to see you once again! Basketball is a strange pick for a European 😄
Thank you for participating!
NBA was rocking when I was a teenager, I was hooked! During high school I knew the names and players of basically all teams!
Ya know, I've never really been a huge sports person. That said, I do enjoy watching a bit of soccer and I'd have to say my favorite sport these days is actually snowboarding. Watching the x games and Olympics has been great to see the world's best compete.
My favorite sport to play is by far table tennis, the myriad of option you have to vary depending on your opponents style are so vast. Finding a stategic flaw in your opponents style, can easily net you a victory against far superior players. At an amateur level most people have glaring flaws to abuse.
