It is made with these ingredients, no white beetroot. it is just a white version of a Borscht soup. A nice variation is also with potatoes in the soup.

I can make this with what I have but I can't do the sourdough. I would have to make it and that's a no go haha. Love the horseradish ingredient. I'm excited to make this.
