If I look around the Hive ecosystem, I would say that having Hive Power is the best option to stack. Projects and people are always in need of it, but alas it is often delegated out for some other token of lesser value or some short term benefits which turn into long term negatives in the end.
If looking at Hive Engine projects, there are also not many that are good and LEN would be one of my top choices where the concept of token value is understood and cannot be magically created from nothing.

Yeah, it happens with everything in life... In the end, it's not HivePower that is bad, but the "wrong usage" of it...
