At least one of the Venezuelan accounts responsible for the above posts is also responsible for downvoting lots of posts, and has LOTS of Hive Power. You are right about Venezuelans with access to Hive being from regime families. The average Venezuelan does not have reliable internet access, and their internet speed is one of the slowest in the world. Only the elite get high speed internet.
