and It's second week I didn't get Curation/weekly return? hey! I have delegate 100HP to @eds-vote, didn't get any Upvote, does Upvote work just for them who delegate more then 1000HP?

Upvotes are for people who:

• hold 100 EDS
• delegate more than 1,000 HP, with a higher upvote at 2,500 HP

The service is primarily to distribute EDS, upvotes are a bonus and are not guaranteed.
