What is the motivation to remain on hive?

Each will have to look deep. To me, it is LEO. This is the best thing going and the focus in my opinion.
LeoShorts will really change things a great deal.
Engaging threads on INLEO is also re-defining my outlook of Hive. It gets better.
It is the big mover in my opinion. Others are working on things but the layers of Leo are coming together. By the end of the year, I expect big things.

What are Hive's primary use cases beyond social media?

Hive's most valuable use case is as a decentralized, permissionless database. That is what it is.
From there, I think the most valuable thing we can provide is democratized data.
This is very correct Hive's decentralized and permissionless nature makes it an ideal platform for democratized data.
Without a doubt.
If you want a more valuable token, build a more valuable database.

How many $LEO is your goal at the end of the year?
(Mine is 4k LP. Got now nearly 1k LP.)
Mine is 10k
I dont pay any attention. I cant control that since I dont have any say in who votes me and with what amount.
Instead I focus upon action. To me, I want to do 300 threads per day. That is my goal. If that is the case things will work themselves out.
You're right that the amount of threads is in your full control. Although I prefer a $LEO goal as I want to build my influence. What I don't get through curation, I'll buy on the market. Just want to stay on track in terms of Inleo influence :D
Buying certainly allows you a greater amount of control.
In business, I prefer to see the results in terms of $ rather than the amount of potential clients I pitched to ;)

With everything what is going on, I would say yes. I like the way Inleo is evolving the last months. I used to utilize Inleo sporadically, since the bugfixes in May, it's my number 1 front-end!

I originally found blockchain through my technology research. This led me to Bitcoin. I was interested in the tech more than the money aspect to start.
Found Bitcoin in 2011 or 2012, invested in 2016/2017.
Wow. That was a long time and it took you long to research before investing. I'm only a year and months here and crypto really made sense to me this year.

Yeah. Well I wasnt looking at it from the #crypto angle. Besides, back then the industry was almost non-existent. You had Bitcoin and maybe litecoin although I didnt know about the latter.
When I found bitcoin I thought it is shit. Why do we need virtual money which is worth nothing. 2nd time I came in contact with btc / crypto / crypto games and did my research, I totally changed my mind. Little did I know back then.
What makes money worth something?
This is one of the most misunderstood concepts.
Yeah... I've read a few books about fiat money. The Silver Conspiracy was an eye-opener for me. Then Bitcoin Standard and a few others. The latest book I bought but didn't read yet is 'MIeses Geld' (Bad Money). No wonder Bitcoiners say BTC is healthy money.
And they are wrong. None of them know what gives money value. If their theories were true why were Roman coins more valued than neighboring empires who had more metallic content?

Right now search engines partly out of habit and part because the LLMs still need to improve. However, give it to the end of the year and we will see a major step forward in the latter.
AI is really getting better in this regard. I ask AI many things. it's like a companion.

Nothing. We already produce enough food to feed the world daily.
We dont have a production problem. Instead, it is a distribution problem.
Distribution for sure, some don't have while some have more than enough to even waste

This for sure. There is even systematic destruction of goods just to keep the price on the market. Disgusting.
