Yeah, it's exciting stuff. I have two projects that are tokenized and will be coming to the market soon.
In the US, the legal issues are challenging as these kinds of arrangements are mostly securities.

Yep and that slows things down. The SEC is doing what it can to keep the establishment firmly in place.
