I've heard of this concept before on leofinance and it's one that i am a big fan of.
Putting in the work now will be worth it in the long run to gain financial independence.

You are absolutely right! Conceptually its easier but hard to follow, its a long journey and you will find 'fear' & 'greed' on the way. Managing human behavior, maintain discipline and staying on track is absolutely important.
