This is so true, a founder must be able to ask themselves questions and provide answers to each one, like you've talked about, we need to pull some specific skills from the community and using such person will make the job easier.
That point is important. Transparency from the very beginning makes a difference. Knowing who is behind the projects inspires confidence and if they have a good reputation, it will help a lot
