Common interest. The easiest way to get people to work together is by aligning their interests
Strong founder and vision. This is the key to getting anything to work. Without a strong leader and vision, it is difficult to bring things to fruition.
A perfect example is Inleo, it's founder and users... There are so much that could get done when the common interest and a strong leader and vision is put in place. A community is not a community without these anyways.
