I think they would be different since HSC is going to copy BSC or ETH. But I don't know too much about the spk network so I could be wrong.

It is hard to know what they are doing since we are dealing with different things that are not in prototype. So we only have words to go by.
Like most things, there is overlap. You might end up seeing HSC encompassing what Spknetwork does.
It is going to encompass Hive-Engine.
