Without much effort I can think of a way more effective way to do it. You do by using then promoting all web3 blockchain based tech on web2. You have to fully utilize web3 first, then share it to web2.

Fine, then just keep growing(shrinking actually) as fast as we have the last 3.6 years...
I was actually going to reply but then I realized it's a dead end, there's no alternative to discord atm, so as a project you either leverage web2 tools or run limited with web3 tools. If there was an alternative to discord we would use it.
There's alternatives to Youtube though. Use other web3 frontends to support each other, then upload/share to YT/Discord and all the devs should work together promoting each others projects. 'Come use my product, but I don't use yours' 🥱
