I don't see why not. Most Youtube downloaders can scrape all the info through the url of the vid, so it could definitely be done and even autofill the info for us.
No that is true. Most will not. The tag is messy. The only way is if someone sets up their own container with stuff they like and maybe share with their friends.
Search is vital. 1st test: see how long what is there stays indexed.
I am sure it requires work. I havent played with it a great deal other to find users. Tags should work but that is a guess.
That is a good idea to have a search within the tags. That would drill things down even further.
