I feel ya. We went from full admin rights on our laptops to 'corporate zero trust' laptops and VMs... which has been about as fun as cleaning toilets.

my laptop was stolen like 2 weeks ago. finally got a replacement 5 days ago. still not able to set it up for use. they're dragging ass on "approvals" blah blah... but they still want me working lol
