The difference usually comes in between founder and business people.
Founders can often run a company to a point, through the start up phase. After that, it requires business knowledge.
Some, like Zuckerberg, can switch and embrace the role as the company grows. Others cannot.
I see so not every founder has to be a business expert but some can decide to🤔🤔🤔
I believe I need to learn a lot of business if I want to be a tech founder
Running a business with 5 people is much different than one of 5,000. It takes much different skillsets.
