Some times ago, I put a small amount of money in a certain bank to buy some wealth management and fund, and then a customer service of this bank's Uyo branch called and introduce me to various products and service of this bank.want to add me on telegram,so I added it.

So the customer service girl confirmed to sell me the product and services of the bank on telegram.she was very enthusiastic and thoughtful, and her business quality was also very good, so she just chatted one after another.

Later, the customer service girl told me that I had a dedicated account manager, and pushed the account manager's telegram account to me .it took me a lot of effort to add this account manager.

After adding the account manager, the account manager recommended me to buy wealth management in various ways, recommended me to transfer all asset in other bank to his bank, and said how my bank is the first in the country.

I bought a few financial management products, and then she asked me to write her job number when buying financial management. The original process of buying financial management was cumbersome enough, and there is one more process to fill in the job number, hey, is really speechless.

The most speachless thing is that I bought the financial management, she repeatedly suggested that I transfer the assets of other bank's to his bank. How is this possible? I'm not stupid, I said don't put all eggs in one basket.
In fact, there is another point that makes me very worried about this bank, that is, the online banking system is maintained from time to time. if you remind customers during maintainance, they will not prompt you.
After entry the bank APP, you will find that all your asset are zero.

It was the first time that I found out that my "assets were emptied"
Was really a cold sweet. All though there was not much money, it was also a waste of money. Fortunately the assets returned to normal the next day.

After I made it clear that I would not transfer the asset, my account manager seemed to have no interest in me, and she would not answer any question. But anyway,most things can be done on the App, so it doesn't matter what her attitude is.

The account manager sent several massage in the telegram group, and the circle of friends also pushed this event several times, so I went to participate. As a sesult, after I successfully signed in every day, I logged in again the next day. and I found that the previous successful sing-in record had been cleared.

I tried to sign in for several days, but the result was still one time (or 0 time's the next day). I contacted the customer service in the mobile APP and they told me that the branch was engaged in activities and asked me to consult the branch. Does this mean that if my assets are gone the bank doesn't care, and I can only contact the branch? Will the branch kick the ball down again?

I tried to contact my account manager and sent several massages, but they ignored me. Hey, I guess I don't deserved an account manager for a small client like me.

I thought of the customer service girl from the previous branch who was passionate about people and specialized in business. I tried to contact her, but she responded very quickly and asked me in surprised, "Don't you have an account manager?" I said that the account manager doesn't either. Take care of me.

So I chatted with this customer service girl for a while, and she told me that she is still a college student. She used to be an intern in this industry before, but now the internship expires, she has quite her gob, and she has to go back to compos to continue her studies.

This made me have no good feeling's for this bank. I decided to abandon this bank, redeem the wealth management product next week, and transfer them to other banks . Why should I stay here in a bank with and unstoppable system and unprofessional customer service?.

But to tell the truth, I really got a lot of benefits from This bank, such as garment steamer,an electric hot pot, a thermos cup, and a huge trolley case that I received today is also a gift from this bank.
