I can eat foods like eba, pounded yam which are Nigerian foods with my bare hands. Apart from swallow I can't use my hands to eat foods like rice, it feels weird😂

The last time I saw some guys eating with their bare hands was at a party, it was the bottom pot where all the ingredients have settled. It was fun though

Its ok to actually feel that way. But as for me, it feels normal.
People from southern Kaduna use spoon for virtually everything they eat, including swallow. Tried spoon with Tuwo and Eba, it was okay
