The team is working through tickets as fast as possible. Currently, we have 3 people working tech support but with the launch it is clear that at least 2 more are needed. I believe this is being worked on and new people are being onboarded to tech support roles

This really needs to be resolved once and for all. Otherwise you will lose users as fast as you onboard them.
