Oh, our frontend leaders usually do not know what's going on on other frontends? That's surprising, for some reason. But I guess it's understandable, considering the ton of work they have to do on their individual projects alone.

Yeah, it's already exhausting to work on their front end to keep an eye on every other front end to know what they're doing. That limitation is good and bad at the same time, but still, all of them make a really good job.
I guess that's why we need to do meetings like this, the Town Hall. Look at how phenomenal to have them share insights and knowledge, and then we learn from them.
