Exercises help me sleep better. I'm not much of a sleeper, so I usually need a little more "tiredness" to get me to sleep longer and better. It's been four days since I resumed workouts and it has been theraupitic.

Quality sleep...that matters and yes exercise catalyzes it.

How long do you usually sleep?

Me......7 hours minimum.....8 hrs ideal...
