This is the onboarder's account. The account's mission is to help onboard more people to Hive.
Here is an idea you can take action on to get more people onboard Hive.
It has to do with getting money from Hive's post reward to pay for lunch.
It is a plan when you have a group of friends you often lunch together. It works if you have some friends who have coffees together often too.
The game plan is as follows:
You as the leader create a new Hive account (let's call it the lunch money account) just for the group of your friends who has not come on board Hive. You keep the keys.
You ask your friends to contribute some nice photos they take every day and write some text to accompany the text. They can send you on the phone. That should be the easiest. Else email should do.
For example, my puppy and its sad story...
After you got them, you post them using the lunch money account. Of course, you need to give them the account name so that they can check the earnings themselves.
Once you post it, hashtag it #lunchmoney and you can also tag @onboarder, and it can be further reblogged. If you need mana, it can be supported too. The objective is to show them how their posts on Hive can ultimately pay for their lunch.
Assuming the posts eventually earned some Hive, you as the leader should buy the Hive rewarded off the lunch money account, and use the money to pay for lunch when the group of friends meet. This way, everyone benefit from the group's postings and enjoy a free lunch.
Introduce them to Hive more fully once they get interested, help them to sign up. If they need to buy Hive to power up their account, you can sell them the liquid Hive or HBD the account earned. This way they do not have to expose to the CEX if they are unfamiliar with crypto.
Continue the lunch money account activities, and let Hive feed you and your pals.
In no time, you would have gotten some friends to come onboard Hive without much effort!
Rinse and repeat! They can do the same, and we will have a multiplier effect.
And of course, continue to support @onboarder who gave you this idea, and others who are trying to earn some #lunchmoney through Hive.

If accounts actually earned significantly right off the bat, we wouldn't be having an onboarding or retention problem. You'll have to set up either a #community or tag for them to use and muster up some whales to upvote them or it'll be a wasted effort.
