This is Way way too expensive..
In my town ( Vilnius) you can not buy even a small 50-60 sq. meter apartment (of a reasonable quality), without putting out ~170-190K
While some 50-60sq.m. apartments can be even 400-450 EURO ($500K)
do more people actually own houses or they usually go for rent?
I see, if the houses are this costly than wages should be high enough to sustain lifestyle.
I'm living in third world country and still a dream to buy a house which gonna cost around 15-20k USD.
We barely have 60-80 USD monthly pay here.
