List shows that its not all about resources. You also need the skill to utilize and make products of them.
Out of curiosity, why aren't the 50B barrels of proven US oil reserves, or the 250M+ barrels in the Strategic Reserve counted here? I don't care or anything. Just wondering...
Why? I have no idea.
As of 2017 or so, the U.S. is the largest oil producing country in the world yet it's not listed as one of the main natural resources of the U.S.
The land size of Russia is big and also resource rich.
