I once read a study online which said that in most cases , one can detect when someone is lying via their eyeballs

I think that move is not good enough to understand anything. Although I don't say lie easily but I can say lie confidently keeping my eyes on the person I am lying to.

Eyes and body languages speaks more than mouth. I have observed this in my family.
