We had plenty including two women presidents, one VP, several in the Congress and local governments.
We need more women leaders
Not yet. Who would even allow them become one
This goes only for democratically elected leaders. If you include monarchs, only Bulgaria, Montenegro, Belarus, Albania and Turkey don't fill the criteria.
It depends of the sector.
