Whaat?! 😅 I assume there aren't no snowplough vehicles there... other than that, it looks just like Finland in a couple of months!
As I understand it, on the border with the mountainous regions of Lesotto, this could happen with a high probability and there is nothing strange about it as the media presents it. !VSC
