Rizz doesn't always mean "Romantic" it can also mean "Charisma" at least in my observation...
I thought the meaning of
rizzwas "charismatic," as in "Frank Sinatra was rizz (charismatic)." Trump and Obama are charismatic, but we don't think of either as romantic.I need to learn a little English before I learn slang, but I wonder !MEME
