Here most people migrate to Spain because of the language.
Mostly USA.
Spain and France provide the most interesting dynamics, something that usually happens when there is major war/ethnic cleansing/population exchange going on a la Greece and Turkey in 1920s, India in 1940s or ex-YU republics in 1990s.
Mine are going to Italy, probably for some pizza and pasta. :))
French going to Spain and Spanish and Portuguese going to France is pretty funny. 😅
I think USA and Middle East countries are the most the Indians will emigrate.
