Terrifier 2 - Movie Review

Japanese food travel diaries youtube thumbnail.pngEveryone predicted that this movie would be the worst thing they had ever seen before it ever started, and in some ways, they were right. Two killings were indeed that terrible. The kills are terrible, but not because they are particularly gruesome. But since they are so brutal and continue for so long throughout the film.

Art The Clown kills one person in about five minutes, then just continues walking away before returning and continues to do even worse things. I'm constantly like, "Please Stop!" Despite my claim that just two killings are very horrible. The worst kill in this film would be every other one. The endings of most other horror movies, such as Halloween and the DJ movie, I thought, were very gruesome, but they would feel mild in this one since they weren't terrible enough.

Art The Clown
As Art The Clown, David Howard Thornton is excellent, and he is quickly moving up the ranks. Art The Clown is a classic example of a horror symbol. He is remembered for his brutality, yes. He also has a distinct personality. I like that a lot since it makes him seem like a clown, although a demon-murdering clown.

He has this sick sense of Showmanship. He is one of those twisted villains that seem to be having a blast. He enjoys performing these horrible things. Huge points to Thornton for pulling that off. Despite not speaking, he still manages to express a great deal of emotion.

Sienna & Jonathan
I'm glad that the two greatest performances in this film come from the two major characters because everyone else's acting feels a little bit erratic. In both movies, Sienna is unquestionably the most endearing non-art character. I truly liked her character. She has several facets.

Lauren Lavera performs a fantastic job and greatly enhances this film. Elliot Fullman also performs admirably. I'm pleased to mention that because when the focus of the film is on these two, I believe Jonathan may have made for a really irritating character. It's kind of entertaining when the film focuses on Art The King, but I'm not sure.

Conclusion
But as I've already stated, no one watches this movie for the plot. They will watch for Art The Clown character. You understand that it's without a doubt one of the greatest and most interesting theatre experiences I've had this year. most likely of all time.

I accompanied my companion while writhing in pain at every bone fracture and brain puncture. The effects are fantastic as well; you can see that a lot of effort went into them. Damien Leon does a fantastic job in that area as well. He was the author. He gave it direction. He also performed all of the makeup and editing. He cannot be stopped. Sometimes it appears over the top just to be gruesome and insane, saving some tasks for the rest of us. That, in my opinion, is a key aspect.

Find some friends, if you have the stomach for this type of movie. It's a little bit lengthy, but it's worth seeing.

I will give Terrifier 2 movie - 7/10.
