Cryptocurrencies are a very interesting world, very complex and with a lot of future potential; but what is most interesting about it is, that they are also very unstable at the price level.
That is why they are a bet, whether we like to admit it or not, and that is undeniable. And all of us who are investing and trading cryptocurrencies are also bettors, we are betting on a technology that we believe has a future, and although many of us want to ensure that we are certain that cryptocurrencies will have a lot of value in the future, the truth is Nobody really knows for sure.
Because as with any investment, nothing is known until it happens. In other words, investors in the markets only have indications of what may or may not happen in the distant future. We do not know what will happen to each crypto in the market, however important it may be, because we are not fortune tellers or have magic balls to visualize it. And since any investment, usually grow o fall in the long term, and a lot can happen in long periods of time, then ensuring anything regarding cryptos with total certainty is nothing more than foolishness.
Does that mean I don't believe in crypto?
On the contrary, I believe in cryptos and their future potential to change the course of humanity, money, technology and everything that exists in world society; but I cannot assure it beyond any contingency or event that may or may not happen in the future.
That is why I say that those of us who believe in crypto and who invest in crypto are gamblers, adventurers, who are paying to see what cryptocurrencies may or may not be in the future.
Do we really know anything about crypto in the current circumstances? We know exactly that in the future they can be something extremely positive for all the nations of the world in an unprecedented way; but until that happens, it is convenient that we manage our capital very well and that we measure our movements in the market very well (regarding what we decide to buy or sell at all times), so that regardless of the future result of our bet, we do not lose money.
Because a bet is a bet, and it involves risk, so common sense is a must for anyone who wants to invest in the cryptocurrency market.
