I'm in the process of onboarding a think tank I'm a moderator of to InLEO. The community is roughly 300+ members and is currently hosted on Patreon. The founder, Noble Anpu has a moderate YouTube and podcast following but his community is extremely loyal. The conversations are wide in scope, ranging from real estate, to Kabbalah, astrology, Bible verse breakdowns, to movie reactions/reviews.
My question is, aside from the traditional onboard I can walk him through, what would be a good COA to get him, then the community onboarded? Maybe something like joining an upcoming X space and the conversation? As I asked that question I formed another...maybe host an X space in the near future to have a conversation/onboarding session with successful web 2 community founders that are interested in Web3? I'm talking successful as in "1,000 True Fans" successful, not 100k followers of fluff. I'm confident I could get 2-3 more parties involved...that was just a thought though.
Anyways, here's a post where he covers a recent real estate deal that I feel really sums up the overall mission and the value he can bring to InLEO as a content creator and community host. Again, I could take this on personally because he is ready to get started and I don't have to do any convincing. And his focus isn't monetizing content, he's more concerned with learning Web3 and how not to get burned in crypto. I'm just thinking about the "stickiness factor" after the account is created. I know you're a real estate OG @scaredycatguide so any words or references would be greatly appreciated.
And to show the range of some of the content, here's a video touching on the fundamentals of the Hebrew alphabet (an absolute must if you want to better understand The Old Testament).
What do you think OG lions? How do we get a community host that doesn't know anything about HIVE or InLEO, just competent enough to be comfortable with onboarding their own community? I'll share this post with him directly before we start the process.
