Valid fear because they cant. But she is wrong about what they are used for.
I think this is a well thought out policy, The problem with Cryptocurrencies, (BTC) is that they do not control it. Other Cryptos, they only control it unless they are part of a project and as long as they can influence it. I think it is fear of losing monetary control.
