RE: Planning: a key ingredient for success in your creative business in 2024

I like this. It's like a 2023 recap, and resolutions for 2024, business edition. It is a bit early, but it could also be good preparation for tax season. I've seen a lot of business owners put their all into their business and spend all their time to make it grow. Sometimes they can miss a lot of things like the subscriptions you mentioned. Some don't even consider their time spent as an 'expense' that should have monetary value. So retrospection like this should be beneficial to the owner, and the business as a whole.

"2024 resolutions Business edition" haha exactly. I've been one of those that has put everything into the business: Money, time, everything. And yes, my focus was to make it grow. We've been in business for 6 years now, and as the business matures, we've definitely improved on checking our financial statements regularly and controlling expenses. After all, we are a business and we're in it to make a profit. It's been a journey though.

That is awesome to hear. 6 years means you survived the pandemic, which makes you very resilient. I hope your business grows and becomes even more successful. Don't forget to also rest and take care of yourself.
