I thought the US election and government were complicated, but I didn't know Finland was as well. In the Philippines, there is only 1 election. Whoever has the highest total of votes becomes the president. Finland having multiple rounds is weird to me, but I think getting that 50 percent majority is critical to make sure the people know that the one being elected won the majority vote. And then having a President, and Prim Minister seems even weirder to me. What happens if they have different plans or ideas, or even party?
