I agree that Disney is failing hard right now, but I don't think Elon is buying Disney. From the latest news I've read, Elon is helping an actress in suing Disney. But on the topic of buying, I also read that Disney is buying Epic Games. There are a lot of theories on that about how Disney will be using more Unreal Engine in their production, maybe making a metaverse, or making more games.

And yes Elon is aiding in the lawsuit against Disney but, overall, that is small potatoes and really doesnt mean much. How much will it cost even with a loss? A few million. Nothing compared to Disney's expenditures.
That's true. In a big brained scenario, Elon might be antagonizing Disney now to lower its value even further, before buying haha
