RE: Choosing Your Skill Set & Knowing "Your" Platform

in LeoFinance3 years ago

Like seriously man, you just opened my eyes to alot of hidden truths in our country Nigeria..
How comes in Nigeria universities there are courses one will come and study that you know and clearly know after studying it there's no place for you work, there's no field for you to express your impacted knowledge from school, wowwww, this is rediculous!
I like the fact that am not even centered on Nigeria's economy and waiting for daily bread from the government, hmmmm. I am a student of Biochemistry presently on my I.T left with just a year to round up my degree program, bro infact I am not looking at that certificate to take me to anywhere oo, I thank God the nature of my course is in line with the kind of future investment I want to pursue, it's fortunate that education was the keys to success but really unfortunate that the government has changed the keys, being a successful man doesn't mean that you will not eat, but studying in Nigeria is like being a successful man without food to eat it doesn't even make sense.
The internet is doing a whole lot of good job, am enlighten by what spoke here

Back to the concept of skills, I feel the world has been realigned, it's constantly changing and the people who would remain wealthy are those that understand the need of people on a massive scale, how these needs changes overtime and then caters for them appropriately.

I feel reignited, because this is the mentality am culturing in my head and working towards that
The internet is a good place to start from, the internet has made it easier for youths to be able to cater for themselves totally outside the context of the the fake promises of our Governments.
Am really ignited by your post bro
Thank you for this wonderful piece bro🙏🙏💜

While I am not anti-government, I feel that so many of our educational practices are redundant and unnecessary and not serving any specific economic purpose. I will keep standing on my view that education in Nigeria is only a money making scheme for the educational sector and everyone in charge.
People are not taught survival courses and survival skills in which they could use to live in an economically inept state.
Let us forget the fact that education is just to bag degrees and hardly solve real time issues in the country, end of the day after spending all the money people are left with having to depend on their technical skills to actually survive financially

I strongly agree with you boss
I just came to realize this, you know I was initially blind folded with the fact that the community is just after children attending high institutions no matter what it should be tagged to their names that they are degree holders but I have just come to realize something and definitely will work towards this knowledge maybe not really for me again but my children, I will throw down this knowledge to them and people around it will do a lot of help.
Thanks bro you're an icon of knowledge I wonder when you where talking about not having a skill
Isn't impacting knowledge a good skill?😁😁 That's by the way thou.
Thanks once more🙌🙌🙏💜
