I certainly see a lot of sense in this, but the bottom line is working together as well as consistency and I believe the milestone is achievable and even beyond.

Well it doesnt take a team as much as each person focusing upon where he or she can contribute. Adding a dozen or so comments a day could go a long way.
Also, it gets easier with the commenting on comments idea since there is a lot more to put up.
It helps to foster engagement from others.
