...it will not come without pains and turmoil.
This bear market has been stranger than the last. Either everyone got so used to the lack of upside - having gained wisdom through the last bear markets - or WE ARE NOT DONE YET.
This BTC run this year has struck me as odd and somehow artificial. I completely overlooked the picturesque signs of bottoming on the macro, and I was eyeing the chart too closely to notice the start of the upcycle. But that was BTC, and the alts have continued to dwindle.
Now, suddenly, after Trump has been officially elected and confirmed to be the next face for the system in transition, we get upside. And it is understandable. I also welcome it!
It's just that I don't feel we are out of the woods yet. Chaos is bound to come onto the stage.
We are coming out of a system of coercion and lies, of incredible hardships on the peoples of this Earth and on massive collusion behind the curtain of power structures too large to ever feel threatened by the common man. And the gang has taken note of the growing unrest and slowly positioned everything to turn the tide publicly.
Fine, I'll take it. About time something in the public realm came back down to Earth.
But the thing is, we are in the midst of a major transition. Transition of power structures, of social norms, of worldviews even. Of different power blocks surfacing on the world stage, of old hegemons going down and underestimated upstarts gaining traction.
There is massive financial pressure on the people of the West, and "their" representatives tyrants have lost any and all resemblance to the mission we learned in school they supposedly had.
And now, suddenly, there was this one-sided and staged election with an outcome that came as no surprise because it has all ben set up that way. We have the dogecoin pumper number one confirmed as the leader in government spending efficiency, and all of crypto is going wild.
Do you really think a major paradigm shift transition will be without backlash? Such a longstanding coercion system of lies and deceit will not simply vanish overnight and there are still a few months to go until the new gang is in charge.
A lot can happen in 12 weeks. And this is why I feel crypto enthusiasts ought to be careful. Everybody in crypto has been eagerly awaiting a bull run and I am no exception in thinking the largest one is yet to come, at least for the alts.
But the massive amounts of pain, of bottoming fatigue and the defeated will of people to just bail and say "screw this crypto stuff, it's all over"... that has not happened yet.
Alts dwindled down for what feels like forever, but the final twist of the knife - I feel is yet to come.
Watch for a worldly event, that will be used as the justification for why the old system cracked to a degree beyond repair. And why people will welcome the Trump cabinet when they "finally" get started.
The Federal Reserve got established right before Christmas and has arguably been one of the most heinous crimes against the people living in North America. Wealth extraction and extortion scheme.
Covid came out of "nowhere" (to most people not familiar with the myths about modern medicine and the other so called pandemics anyway) and that single handedly killed the stock exchange, crypto and even precious metals. People were scared, they went into cash to be able to survive on their supermarket purchases, haunted by an uncertain future outlook.
This time though, the height of the fall has been increased drastically. And now Trump is promised, and we all chase in like cattle?
I have no problem admitting when I am wrong and I MAY VERY WELL BE WRONG about this. I even hope so. I wish people fantastic gains and some happy days after these crappy past years.
But I have also seen how the gang operates. And everything I see on the world stage right now has me worried, because there is little worry overall. None of the threats are half as serious as they could be. Which in itself is great! It's just that it doesn't fit our time quality, the point where we are at as humanity. Everything is just freakin' dandy, despite all the looming threats that always turn out to be duds.
I say the big scare is yet to come, and that will be the final twist of the knife in this bear market cycle for the alts. If any worldwide event like corona should happen again, regardless of what nature it is - financial- political - economical... crypto will not be a safe haven. In times of scared people and a world where one can still use cash to survive - cash will be king, like the last time.
Let's hope I am wrong.
I for one am getting the popcorn ready because if my gut feeling is right there will be some maassive upheaval in the world in the coming weeks and it will all be part of the show, of the justification for why we supposedly need that new shiny system. And the charts will go crazy to shake everyone out before the last massive run in the pre-crypto age we are about to witness. Setting the stage for the new paradigm which may very well have crypto at its center.
I wish us all the bad of luck for these times we are living in. Don't be scared, they are betting that you will be.
